How AD Credits work

Some actions need substantially more AI processing than everyday use: marking a whole composition, generating a model piece, building a full report. AD Credits pay for those actions. Everyday work never uses them: moving around the workspace, editing your own content, reusing material you already have.

When an action needs AD Credits, AugDapt shows the cost before you confirm. Nothing is charged silently.

The same on every plan. On Individual, 20 AD Credits a month is 10 marked compositions, or 6 marked compositions each with a full report, with 2 left over. The 7-Day Trial has 20 AD Credits, one time. Duo pools 80 each month across both educators. On the annual plan, AD Credits still arrive 20 at a time each month.

Unlimited learners, metered AI: Unlimited learners means no cap on how many learners you teach. It does not mean unlimited AI: AI usage is metered in AD Credits.
Seats are named educators: A seat is a named educator. One login is one person, so a centre with several tutors needs Professional Centre or a school plan, not a shared Individual login. Duo is exactly two educators with no centre administration; team management starts at Professional Centre.

FAQ

Can I start with the trial and move up later?: Yes. The 7-Day Trial is S$0 with 20 AD Credits, one time, and one linked learner. Move to Individual when you want the full workspace; nothing you have made is lost.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?: Nothing except the bill. Both are the Individual plan with 20 AD Credits each month. Monthly is S$15. Annual is S$150 for the year, which is two months less than paying monthly.
Do I need AD Credits to mark?: Marking a composition with AI costs 2 AD Credits, and the cost is shown before you confirm. Reading, annotating by hand and editing feedback never use AD Credits. Second Opinion is included.
Does unlimited learners mean unlimited AI?: No. Unlimited learners means no cap on how many learners you teach. AI usage is metered in AD Credits on every plan.
Can our tutors share one Individual login?: No. A seat is a named educator, one person per login. Duo is exactly two educators with a shared workspace and no centre administration. A centre with a team is Professional Centre: 5 teacher seats and 200 pooled AD Credits from S$149 a month, and S$20 a month for each extra seat with 40 more AD Credits.
What happens if I run out of AD Credits?: Nothing is lost and nothing is charged. Uploaded work is kept, and AI actions wait until your next monthly grant or a change of plan.
Can our school run a pilot first?: Yes. A pilot should answer a real question for your organisation. Write to us and we will set up a short, well-scoped pilot with a review at the end.
