A pilot should answer a real question. Not “does AI work” but “does this change how our teachers mark, teach and talk to families, in our setting, with our learners.” We keep pilots small enough to run well and honest enough to learn from.
Stage 1
Understand
We start with the question your organisation wants answered. Which teachers, which classes, which part of the week. What would a good result look like, and how would you know.
Stage 2
Pilot
A small, well-scoped run with real work: usually a few educators over one term, with onboarding, a named contact at AugDapt and the settings your context needs.
Stage 3
Review
We look at what happened together: what the educators kept using, what they did not, what the learners got out of it. Then you decide what comes next, with the evidence in front of you.
